6. Payment Terms

• Payments must be made on agreed timelines.
• Late payments may attract penalties or project delays.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Any indirect or consequential loss.
• Delays caused by factors outside its control, including client delays.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing prior notice, subject to agreed terms. Payments for work completed must be settled in case of termination.

9. Changes to Terms

Nexaaverse reserves the right to modify these terms. Continued use of our services after modifications indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
